Dear Michael and Dean,

I wanted to take a moment and say Thank You!!!! This has been a goal that I have wanted to reach for a long time, for me and my family and "The Ishmael Team" made it happen! When I first decided that I wanted to buy a home, I must admit that I was scared, unsure of the process, and where to go for help. As a single mother of a 5 and 6 year old, my family´s best interest was first priority to me, and you both made it first priority to you as well. It was such a relief to have such an outstanding team behind me that made me feel that I did not have to worry about a thing.

I remember when I made the first phone call and I introduced myself to Michael, I immediately stated to him "I want a house with a yard where my kids can play; I can sit on the front porch and watch them. Can you please get me out of this apartment? Hey one thing though, I don´t want to be too far from anything and it has to fit this thing I call a budget. Can you help me?" He laughed and I laughed. From that point forward, I was sold.

Three months in the making and how wonderful it is to say, "I AM A HOMEOWNER!!" Not many may know my family´s story or may be aware of the trials and tribulations that we have had to overcome but on September 27, 2005, I finally reached a goal that I thought I would never accomplish3;.. I bought on my first home!!!

Dean and Michael, if you could have only seen the smiles and the expressions on my kids faces when we pulled up in the driveway and I told them I had the keys and I unlocked the door. Ohhhh! It was great!!! They both looked at me and asked me if this was our home now, all I could do was smile and say yes!

Thank you so much for your patience, your perseverance, your determination, your tenacity, your knowledge, and most importantly, Thank you for helping me and my family find a place we call HOME!

I was relocated to Morristown because of my occupation. Upon arrival, I was referred to Dean Ishmael by HR management to help me find a house in the area. But Dean did much more than that. He made us feel at home here before we bought a house. Unfortunately I was having to commute to work at first, so my schedule was very tight. Dean knew this and was great at scheduling houses for me and my wife to view at the times we were available. He was never pushy and allowed us to feel out each house. He also allowed us to express our likes and dislikes. He stepped up to bat for us when other people or groups did not seem to be treating us fair, or when there were things we wanted changed of fixed in the house we had selected. Dean was right by our side through the negotiations. If I had to pick the situation to buy my first house, I would have definitely picked Dean Ishmael as my Realtor. Dean, Robin and I finished the interior on the 705 Harrison St. home. The bathroom just looks unbelievable. We asked $425.00 for it and I had over 20 inquiries in the first day! Needless to say, it rented quick. I just wanted to say thanks, because now it is all starting to pay off for us.
