Dear Dean, I wanted to express our thanks for the wonderful job you did for us. I never really expected to be able to find a house long distance, but we did.
Out of all the realtors that answered my inquiries, you e-mailed me responses quickly and added insightful information to my questions. It was those first responses that made me think you were the realtor for us and as it turned out, I was right.
I know a great deal of work and effort was put into the process of finding a house on-line before my trip to Morristown. We actually found the house on my very first trip. Bill made the trip two weeks later to see in person what you and I had found.
During that first trip you were mindful of the time frame as well as aware of my limitations in mobility and stamina so we could see all the houses in the short period of time we had set up. You quickly picked up on the design and features of the house we were looking for. We didn’t waste time looking at houses that were no where near what we had described or were out of our price range. You also helped me orient myself to the area as I had not been to Morristown and the nearby counties but once before. The area is so different from my home state of Maryland, but you made me feel welcome to my new home state of Tennessee.
The more difficult work was to come with Bill’s visit, as he is the detail person, and I’m just the esthetics. More days were devoted to Bill’s visits for approval then the home inspection. Without your valuable knowledge of the local area and working for us in our absence we could not have located, inspected and finally purchased our retirement home.
Settlement was the easiest purchase process we’ve ever experienced. Every step in the entire process moved smoothly, without a hitch. Now the next step will be to finally make our move to Blaine.
To sum up our experience …it was great. I hope that this house will be our retirement house for a long time to come, but if it’s not, you would be the realtor of choice for us and I will tell anyone else I can.

Dear Michael and Dean,
I wanted to take a moment and say Thank You!!!! This has been a goal that I have wanted to reach for a long time, for me and my family and "The Ishmael Team" made it happen! When I first decided that I wanted to buy a home, I must admit that I was scared, unsure of the process, and where to go for help. As a single mother of a 5 and 6 year old, my family´s best interest was first priority to me, and you both made it first priority to you as well. It was such a relief to have such an outstanding team behind me that made me feel that I did not have to worry about a thing.
I remember when I made the first phone call and I introduced myself to Michael, I immediately stated to him "I want a house with a yard where my kids can play; I can sit on the front porch and watch them. Can you please get me out of this apartment? Hey one thing though, I don´t want to be too far from anything and it has to fit this thing I call a budget. Can you help me?" He laughed and I laughed. From that point forward, I was sold.
Three months in the making and how wonderful it is to say, "I AM A HOMEOWNER!!" Not many may know my family´s story or may be aware of the trials and tribulations that we have had to overcome but on September 27, 2005, I finally reached a goal that I thought I would never accomplish... I bought on my first home!!!
Dean and Michael, if you could have only seen the smiles and the expressions on my kids faces when we pulled up in the driveway and I told them I had the keys and I unlocked the door. Ohhhh! It was great!!! They both looked at me and asked me if this was our home now, all I could do was smile and say yes!

I was relocated to Morristown because of my occupation. Upon arrival, I was referred to Dean Ishmael by HR management to help me find a house in the area. But Dean did much more than that. He made us feel at home here before we bought a house. Unfortunately I was having to commute to work at first, so my schedule was very tight.
